What we do: We commission leather and archival board binders for family treasuries, label every section for cash envelopes, savings certificates, and recurring obligations, and run hands-on update sessions so spouses and adult children can maintain the binder without confusion.
How we began
Founder Min-jun Yoon spent a decade as a household administrator for a multi-branch family business in Gangnam. When relatives asked how he tracked seasonal bonuses, school fees, and insurance renewals without a shared spreadsheet, he started assembling tabbed binders on his dining table. Word spread through church groups and parent associations. By 2016 the workshop on Sample-gil had a waiting list for commission slots each autumn.
Our approach
We visit your home or receive your existing papers at the workshop. Nothing is digitized unless you ask for a printed summary sheet. We use acid-free dividers, bilingual labels where needed, and a tab order that matches how Korean households typically sort obligations: housing, education, health, transport, gifts, and reserves.
The team
- Min-jun Yoon — lead binder commissioner, trained in archival bookbinding at Seoul National University continuing education.
- Soo-yeon Han — update routine coach, former bank branch teller who specializes in reconciling passbook balances with handwritten ledgers.
- Ji-woo Kim — materials specialist, sources leather covers and brass clasps from domestic suppliers.
Values we keep
Clarity over complexity. Every sleeve earns its place. If a section stays empty for two update cycles, we discuss removing it rather than adding more tabs.
We serve families in Seoul first, with occasional travel to Incheon and Suwon for migration visits. Our journal articles and printed guides are written for readers who prefer paper treasury records and seasonal reviews at the kitchen table.
