Refund Policy
Refund eligibility, cancellation terms, and deposit handling for Portal Cedar Way binder services.
Overview
This policy applies to binder commissions, quarterly update sessions, and ledger migration visits booked with Portal Cedar Way Co., Ltd.
Deposits
A 40% deposit reserves your commission or visit date. Deposits are refundable if you cancel more than seven calendar days before the scheduled start.
Cancellations within seven days
If you cancel within seven days of a scheduled visit and we cannot reassign the slot, the deposit is non-refundable. We will offer the next available date when possible.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule is permitted if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Additional reschedules may incur a ₩50,000 administrative fee during peak seasons (September–November, December).
Full refunds after service start
Once binder assembly or on-site sorting has begun, deposits and fees are non-refundable because materials are cut and labor is allocated to your household.
Partial refunds
If we cancel a session due to workshop illness or emergency, you receive a full refund or priority rebooking at your choice.
If delivered binder materials arrive damaged, we repair or replace components at no charge within 30 days of handover.
Non-refundable items
- Custom-cut leather covers and punched dividers prepared to your tab order
- Travel fees for visits outside included districts once the practitioner has departed
- Printed checklists and worksheets already delivered at a session
No-shows
Failure to provide access at a scheduled home visit without notice is treated as a cancellation within seven days.
Refund method
Approved refunds return to the original payment method within 14 business days.
