Family Treasury Binder Commission

Who this is for

Households that keep treasury records on paper — passbooks, cash envelopes, insurance renewal slips, and gift ledgers — and want one leather-bound binder every adult can read without hunting through drawers.

What you receive

  • Archival board binder with leather cover and brass clasp (standard or wide spine)
  • Bilingual tab set aligned to your obligation categories
  • Printed index card showing sleeve order and who updates each section
  • Acid-free pockets for certificates and renewal notices
  • First update walkthrough with a written seasonal checklist

What is not included

We do not provide investment products, tax filing, or digital account access. We organize and label what you already hold on paper.

Process

  1. Discovery call — 30 minutes by phone to learn how many account holders share the treasury and which obligations recur each season.
  2. Home visit — We photograph your current paper layout (with your permission), collect loose slips, and confirm tab names in Korean and English if needed.
  3. Workshop assembly — Min-jun builds the binder at Sample-gil, punching dividers and testing sleeve capacity with your thickest months.
  4. Handover session — We return the binder, file the first quarter’s papers together, and leave laminated update instructions on the kitchen table.

Preparation

Gather passbooks, recent utility slips, and any envelope system you already use. Clear a table for the home visit. Allow two hours for the first session.

Most commissions complete within three weeks. Autumn months (September–November) book early; request dates through our contact form.
