Terms governing use of the Portal Cedar Way website and household treasury binder services in the Republic of Korea.
1. Acceptance
By accessing portalcedarway.click or engaging Portal Cedar Way Co., Ltd. (“Portal Cedar Way,” “we,” “us”) for binder commissions, update sessions, or migration visits, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Services
We provide household treasury organization services including offline wallet binder commissions, quarterly update coaching, and ledger migration visits. Service scope is defined in written estimates and service descriptions on this website.
3. Appointments and deposits
Commission dates require a 40% deposit. Cancellations made more than seven days before a scheduled visit receive a full deposit refund. Cancellations within seven days may forfeit the deposit unless we can fill the slot.
4. Intellectual property
Content on this website, including articles, checklists, and tab naming guides, is owned by Portal Cedar Way Co., Ltd. You may print one copy of checklists for personal household use. Commercial reproduction requires written permission.
5. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of papers you provide and for decisions about retaining or discarding documents. We organize and label materials; we do not provide investment, tax, or legal advice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Korean law, Portal Cedar Way is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
7. Website use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated scraping that impairs site performance.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Seoul.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
